How to order

A clear four-step process

Submit the RFQ

Provide the part number, quantity, annual usage, application, delivery target, and relevant specifications.

Review the quote

Confirm unit price, MOQ, standard pack, lead time, validity, payment, shipping, and NCNR terms.

Place the order

Email a purchase order that matches the quotation and includes bill-to, ship-to, contact, and requested delivery details.

Receive confirmation

Advantage TMS provides order acknowledgment and communicates production, shipping, or documentation updates.

Information to include with an RFQ

  • Manufacturer and exact part number, when known
  • Prototype, order, and estimated annual quantities
  • Target delivery date and ship-to country
  • Application and critical technical requirements
  • Required datasheet revision, drawing, or customer specification
  • Packaging, labeling, traceability, or compliance requirements

Purchase orders are subject to review and acceptance. Some components, custom configurations, special packaging, and factory orders may be non-cancelable and non-returnable. Applicable freight, handling, duties, taxes, tariffs, and transaction costs are confirmed as part of the quotation or order acknowledgment.

Can Advantage TMS expedite an order?
